Q. What services do you offer?
A. Locksmithing (20 years experience). More
recently, heating, air conditioning, and
appliance repair. This has been a hot summer
and so I've been doing a lot of AC repairs and
installing AC in homes which don't yet have Ac.
Q: How much do you charge?
A. The price depends on a lot of factors. But a
local house call, daytime for a simple fix is
$50. My labor rate is $50 / hour.
Q. How far do you travel?
A. Generally within an hour of Farmington.
I get calls as far as Sodus, Butler, Geneva,
Canandaigua, Bristol, Henrietta, Rochester,
Webster, Irondequoit.

Appliance Repair
My early years were spent watching my Dad
fix things around the house. Carpentry,
electrical, plumbing, and more. I learned a lot, and am grateful for the skill. In my adult life, I've repaired furnaces, stoves, refrigerators, air conditioners (window, wall, and central), water heaters, boilers, and done assorted vehicle repairs.
Even fixed some unusual ones, like the one time
I got to fix a pizza oven.

Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
About 1993, the Fed licensed refrigerants
or "freon". I knew they would never make it easier
to get a license, so I got my license early.
Since then, I've fixed a lot of refrigerated
equipment. Refrierators, freezers, air conditioners,
dehumidifiers. In 1994, I got a job servicing refrigerated merchandisers in grocery stores. That job lasted about eight years. About four years ago, I got a job as a part time furnace and AC installer. Installing furnaces,
boilers, and central AC systems. Learned a lot. Now,
it's time to put into practice some of what I've
learned. If your furnace, refrigerator, or freezer
is broken, I'd like to fix it for you.

Locksmith
Not just keys locked in cars!
Lockout service is important. But, locksmiths
also repair and install and change tumblers in
(rekey) locks.
In most cases I can install locks for you. Change
tumblers of the locks you have (so the old keys
don't work any more). Or recreate lost keys if
you have locks with lost keys.
Can also key alike in many cases. Have one key for
your entire house. Or master key, if you have an
apartment building or several properties.
And, yes, I do unlock cars.
